Rules and Regulation

The rules would be kept as simple as possible; we’ll be using the CAPTAIN’S BALL rules to prevent any confusion for new players.

1. Goal
1.1 The Catcher must catch/hold the Frisbee with his/her hands.

1.2 No direct passing is allowed.

1.3 Half court rules apply to the game.(ie players can only score in the opposition half of the court)

1.4 Anyone from the team can be the Catcher. However, at least one member has to stand in the box in order to score.

1.5 No chasing after the Frisbee once it has been thrown is allowed.

1.5 No body contact allowed throughout the game, that is a foul.

1.6 Referee will have the final decision. (Don’t worry, we’ll be very fair =) )



*In case you can't read the box the left says: "Only 1 defender in this circle each time"
the box on the right says: "Score within this box"



FINAL NOTE: Please report at 5.45pm SHARP for the briefing of the rules. We’ll explain more in details on the day itself, 7 Nov 08 (Friday).
