Rules and Regulation
The rules would be kept as simple as possible; we’ll be using the CAPTAIN’S BALL rules to prevent any confusion for new players.
1. Goal
1.1 The Catcher must catch/hold the Frisbee with his/her hands.
1.2 No direct passing is allowed.
1.3 Half court rules apply to the game.(ie players can only score in the opposition half of the court)
1.4 Anyone from the team can be the Catcher. However, at least one member has to stand in the box in order to score.
1.5 No chasing after the Frisbee once it has been thrown is allowed.
1.5 No body contact allowed throughout the game, that is a foul.
1.6 Referee will have the final decision. (Don’t worry, we’ll be very fair =) )
*In case you can't read the box the left says: "Only 1 defender in this circle each time"
the box on the right says: "Score within this box"
FINAL NOTE: Please report at 5.45pm SHARP for the briefing of the rules. We’ll explain more in details on the day itself, 7 Nov 08 (Friday).

Thank you to those who have signed up for the frisbee compeition. Here are the DETAILS for the competition.
- please REPORT at 5.45pm for briefing
- VENUE: Multipurpose Court/ Hardcourt (next to street soccer court)
- Attire: your own group colour shirt, shorts and SPORTS SHOES
- we'll try to end around latest 9pm

- Seal points will definitely be given to all participants :)
- Prizes given to the CHAMPION TEAM
- Most important, it's not about winning but to HAVE FUN with your fellow BIT course mates
Rules and Regulation will be put up on 5 Nov 08 after 12pm on BLOG and NOTICEBOARD. (rules about the same as CAPTAIN'S ball)
